| For my experience, I found that many of my friends like save their
dial-up password, FTP password, ICQ password and else to the system. This may be can
save your time and not need to retype again the password when you need to login. How
ever, this will become a problem for you if one day your computer is sharing with the
other or may be you bring your computer to the service center for service. This password can crack by the other person easier with using an cracking application. For myself, I have experience in using 3 difference type of this crack password application to crack the dial-up password (*** can change to real character). The time need to crack a password only 1 to 5 second. :-) So... how many of this kind program is split in internet... and how many person have this program... don't be a prey for your bad friends or un-ethic technician... |

| For those who browsing chinese web page with using chinese viewer for
support the chinese front, now IE5 have the feature to open chinese page without using
chinese viewer support. Ensure that your IE5 already install Chinese language
support or you just need install it from full version of IE5 (please ensure you have full
installation but not network installation if you download IE5 from internet. if
not,disconnect from the network will affect the installation cannot complete and your
system may be will break because of this problem). Install IE5 with using custom
command (normal or typical setup cannot use the feature of chinese web page support).
Install together Multilanguage support for text display support and text input
support (4 difference selection should be select, 2 for Chinese Simplified and 2 for
Chinese Traditional). My experience between IE4 and IE5 is IE4 need Chinese viewer support (NJStar Communicator, Winmagic, Chinese Star and RichWin) for open Chinese web page but IE5 didn't need. You just need select the language from "view" menu bar, then "Encoding". Select either GB or BIG 5 (depend to the web page) to view this Chinese font. I have found that the font display by IE5 will not duplicate or didn't arrange nicely like other browser I experience before. Until now I didn't find any problem to open Chinese web page because of error decoding. |

| I thing you have experience that you can see many "bugs" when you open your Chinese document at the MS Office product. Now, MS Office 2000 provide excellent future where you can read your Chinese document without Chinese input or Chinese viewer support. For addition, you can use this feature at Internet Explorer. For those who have install MS Office 2000 can read their Chinese web page just change the default font setting at "Encoding" - check out the step by refer back to "IE5 now support Chinese Font" text. | ||
| May be one day you need to create your own wallpaper. But you have found that certain web page picture cannot set to wallpaper because of difference file format (web page picture extention normally in jpg or gif format but wallpaper picture in bmp format). In MS Paint, you can set directly the picture or photo you have draw or open to the wallpaper. You just need click "File" from the mene bar then click " Set as Wallpaper" command. | ||
| You can create your own web page without need to know any HTML language
or learning any other web page creater application. But I suggest you have MS Office
2000 however MS Office 97 also have provide the same service. Doesn't matter which Office version you have or which office application you know how to use, any MS Office application like MS Word, Excel, Power Point or Publisher can save in web page extention. You just need click "File" in menu bar then select "Save as Web Page". This command will convert automatically your normal file extention to htm or html extention (in HTML language). So, now you have your own personal web page. |

| I think this feature only provide by Windows 98, but you can try it if
you have Windows 97. Right click on your desktop then select "Propertise"
from the short cut menu for access to display propertises dialog box or click
"Start" from the taskbar, then "Setting" and "Control
Panel", double click the "display" icon for access to display propertises
dialog box. Go to "Effects" box then tick the "Hide icons..." command". This feature should be use together with the "web page destop". So, please go to "Web" menu and tick the "view my active desktop as a web page" check box. |
